I have employee record from Taleo hitting fusion as a pending Emp 1/11/16 and with a termination of same day.
Person has an effective start date as 2/11/2016 and have multiple assignments on the same day.
Now client wants to change the hire date to 29/11/2016 but system says (Error = You cannot change the legal employer
hire or start date if multiple assignment records exist for the same date. You
must remove the records to change the date. (PER-1531708))
I tried to cancel the work relationship but system says (PER- 1531170 you cannot cancel the work relationship because the person has the direct reports in at least one assignment. Assign the direct reports to other managers before attempting to cancel this work relationship)
We assigned the direct reports to some other manager but system still says the same error (PER- 1531170 you cannot cancel the work relationship because the person has the direct reports in at least one assignment. Oracle in a OWC reverse terminated the pending worker accidentally. Now both the pending and actual records are active with two primary work relationships as YES.
While I'm trying to cancel the pending work relationship sys says (PER-1531309You cannot cancel this work relationship because it belongs to a pending worker)
If I terminate it says (You must designate one of the existing secondary work relationships as primary before terminating the primary work relationship. (PER-1531252))
I tried to change the primary work relationship to No, but it's not taking.
Also tried to Tried Converting again from Taleo to see if we can override the data but it says (the person already has a work relationship of this type with this legal employer (PER-1530236)
Person is active and running payroll.
Please advice in how to terminate the pending employee or in activate with primary assignment as No and eventually how to change the hire date.
