cannot start database after VM restored

There was an issue with the virtual machine on which i am running a 12.2.0.1.0 database.

Now after the virtual machine is restored, While starting the instance getting below error. 

SQL> startup nomount;

ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

SP2-0642: SQL*Plus internal error state 2133, context 3114:0:0

Unsafe to proceed

ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

In the alert log file have the below messages,

I already checked the time on the server and is in sync.

VKTM running at (1)millisec precision with DBRM quantum (100)ms
