cannot select specify column from view ??

Hi ,

i create this view :
create or replace view testingBT
AS
select LOTID "LotID" , LOT_TYPE "Lot_Type" from lotrun

when i tried to execute the following i got : ORA-00904: invalid column name

select LotID LotID from testingBT

however i can execute this statement
select * from testingBT

pls advise how i can resolve this
