Cannot see Oracle data provider in visual studio server browser's data providers

I've installed 32-bit Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) with Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio but I can't see it in the data provider drop down.

When I go to visual studio Help>About I can't see Oracle developer tools in there either. I don't understand if I'm missing a step in the installation process.

I'm using visual studio 2013 and I specified this when I was installing it. I've tried de installing and reinstalling but it hasn't helped.
