Cannot run oracle 10g forms after upgrade of OS to win10x64

My application is built on Oracle 10g forms. Recently I have upgraded my OS from Win 7 to Win 10x64. Post this upgrade the oracle forms are not executing. I am using IE11,

Jinitiator (JRE 1.6.0_37-b06).

When I trying to open the forms, it shows the error 'Internet Explorer has stopped working'

Server Details :

Windows Server 2003

Oracle 10g R1

Java version : 1.4.2_03

Working on Windows 7 64 bit with Internet Explorer 11 & Java 1.6.0_37,

Not working on Windows 10 64bit with internet explorer 11 & java 1.6.0_45
