our users attached tiif image files into forms field, but some of them failed to attache with error FRM-47100: Cannot read image file. I checked it online and some people suggested that it is because these image files coming with EXIF information and provided the alternative way such as open these images in Paint and re-save them. but it seems not work.
any suggestion about this is very appreciated.
