Cannot query members by specs. Essbase Error(1060000): Invalid outline hand

Hi All,

I am working on EPM 11.1.2.1 version and ASO application
When my users are trying to retrieve numbers from the cube, i m getting the below error message:

Oracle Hyperion Smart View for Office, Fusion Edition

"Cannot query members by specs. Essbase Error(1060000): Invalid outline handle passed to ESSOTL function EssOtlQueryMembersEx"
Facing performance and stability issue with the system. When more users try to retrive data.

Which causes shutdown of application and logging out the users who had logged in before.

Please help me on this.
Please let us know if any further info required.
