Cannot over-write fmx file

Hi Everyone,

We use a custom application which has Oracle 10g as database and is developed on Oracle Forms (Dev Suite) with Oracle IAS as middleware. One of the users is accessing a form due to which the .fmx file is locked. Can anyone guide me to figure out how can i get the .fmx file releasedso that i can delete/over-write it? (Dont know which user is accessing the form and can't tell all users to logout) To me, it seems that this form is locked even though the user who accessed exit from the form (Due to a bug in the program).
