Integration

I am very new to Oracle SOA suite and I've been thrown in the deep end on a SOA project that has been in progress for two years.

In a SOA project in Jdeveloper under SOA content/xsl I am trying to view an XSL transformation in the design view, I can open it in the source view with no problems but when I try to switch to design view I get:

Error
Failed to open the source schema:
Can not build schema
'http://schemas.datacontract.org/2005/07/myfile.DTO
located at 'http://localhost:63445/myservice.svc?xsd=xsd2'

In other SOA projects I have no problem opening the XSL in design view, but for this particular project I get the above error.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?
I have no clue what this localhost:63445 is all about, I have nothing like that deployed and I cannot reach it from anywhere.
Same goes for schemas.datacontract.org, what is that about?
