cannot mount database in EXCLUSIVE mode

Hi

I have a little question...

I have no problem to start a database when i m logged in "oracle". But when i use an other account which is in dba group, i have the error ORA-01102: cannot mount database in EXCLUSIVE mode.

Someone know a solution for me ?
