Cannot login to repository

Hi

Im having some problems logging into the repository via Design center.

When I Logon I receive message:

Internal error happend: API0263: Cannot allocate lock. OWB will exit.

First I thought that the repository user was locked, but that wasnt the case.

Any ideas ?
