Cannot login to OIM Design console

Hello,

I am using OIM 9.0 with JBOSS application server. When I startup the application server, I am able to login to the OIM web console using a browser but get the following error when logging into the design console.

Error Keyword: DAE.LOGON_DENIED
Description: Invalid Login.
Remedy: Contact your system administrator.
Action: E

javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: Receive timed out: Either the application server is not running or Discovery settings are incorrect in configuration file.

I have also created another test user and assigned him to the system administrator group but still cant login to the design console using that test user ID.

This problem has begun after I installed Argosoft email server on my machine. Any help in rectifying the discovery settings is greatly appreciated.
