Hello,
I am unable to log in to my Oracle Cloud Free Tier account. I receive password reset emails, but login still fails. My Always Free VM (E2.Micro) is still active.
Previously, I submitted a support request (Request Closed: AHR400423805 - Account Helpdesk Request_09-OCT-25), but the automated response directed me to use the paid Cloud Chat. As a Free Tier user, I cannot access the paid chat support.
Please help me restore access to my account so I can continue using my Always Free resources.
