Cannot link to .jsp file from browser...

I have a problem in opening .jsp extension files from jswdk\examples\jsp\index.html. All the html links are working, but I get a "Page not found" error when trying to open jsp files. Please help. Also, even though I've added tools.jar in the jdk classpath, whenever I open the jswdk StartServer, I get an error saying -
"The following class is required by jswdk but was not found : sun.tools.javac.main". PLease let me know how to rectify this.
