Hi OATS support team,
We are trying to automate oracle forms which is launched using JWS. So to get it started we were trying the record and play functionality in OATS.
We are getting the below error message
cannot get a connection from the browser helper after 15 seconds open script. Do you want to continue waiting for the browser to load.
We have gone through the forum for similar error and what we have tried so far to resolve this issue. We are using the browser versions and java versions as per in the release document. We are using OATS 13.3.0.1
- Tried re-installing the entire OATS application.
- uninstall and install the browser helpers using the bat file.
- Running the application as administrator.
- tried different versions of JRE (1.6 and 1.8) and enabling them through openscript.
- tried different versions of edge, chrome and firefox as per in the release notes.
- increased the timeout for the connection
