cannot find rcu.bat in bin

hi am in window 7 trying to install rcu i have oracle database 11g running i do have java install i have my rcu home in C:\oracle\Middleware\rcuHome

i try to run C:\oracle\Middleware\rcuHome\BIN>start rcuJDBCEngine.bat am geting error could not find the mail class oracle.sysman.assistants.common.dbutils.jdbc.JDBCEgine. program will exit, inside my rcu_home i have C:\oracle\Middleware\rcuHome\jdk\jre\bin.

which file must i run to start the installation the docs say RCU_HOME\BIN\rcu.bat but there is no rcu.bat in C:\oracle\Middleware\rcuHome\BIN

am in 32 bit window 7

C:\oracle\Middleware\rcuHome\BIN

i have download the file in http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/webcenter/content/downloads/index.html
