cannot find package?

I am trying to install the drivers for my NIC using pkgadd.
My motherboard is a P5K-E with an onboard Marvell 88E8056.

I am using the drivers here:
http://www.marvell.com/drivers/driverDisplay.do?driverId=133

The instructions say to use pkgadd but even when I direct pkgadd to the right directory with -d, it says that no packages were found.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
