Cannot find Datasource Explorer View tool in Eclipse 3.1

I have added the Oracle plugin for Eclipse but still could not find the Datasource Explorer View. Basically, I would like to configure datasource using Eclipse but unsuccessful. Your suggestion is appreciated.
