Cannot find bean under name org.apache.struts.taglib.html.BEAN

hi dears,

sorry for bad english,

i am designing a jsp page which contains html:text, html:password
, html:select, html:checkbox and html:image.

the problem is when when i insert html:select or html:checkbox or html:image tag in jsp page i got this below exception but in case of html:text or html:password page is displaying without any exception.
one another thing that the data which populates html:select is coming through tiles attributes.
