Cannot find a J2SE SDK installed at path C:\Program File(x86)\Java\jre7

Hello,

I have Win 8 Home Edition 64 bit

I want to install the Oracle SQL Developer Version

I become the mistake

Cannot find a J2SE SDK installed at path C:\Program File(x86)\Java\jre7

The next Step is

C:\Program Files (x86)\sqldeveloper\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe

I become this: C:\Program Files (x86)\sqldeveloper\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe

Can you help me??

Who is the link who i can download the JDK???

What can i do???
