Cannot export/import or copy APEX application

Hi,

I'm running APEX in the following version and have an application that runs perfectly on our server. However, when I try to copy the application the copy window gets blank and nothing is hapenning. If I export the application and try to import it again in the same workspace, I get the following error:

Error occurred while painting error page: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-02291: integrity constraint (APEX_050000.WWV_FLOW_WORKSHEET_COL_GRPS_FK) violated - parent key not found

Any ideas on how I can proceed to solve this problem?
