cannot expand a adf tree by clicking tree node

Hi, All

I've met a issue when I'm trying to create a adf tree to display a hierarchy data.

I've created two VOs which containing hierarchy data at top level and second level

and I also test data model , it's showing data successfully.

but when Tree is rendered, it did not have any response after I click tree node to expend the tree. please see pic1

however, if I click expend all from view menu , it can display successfully .please see pic2

could someone give me a clue why this happened?
