Cannot download DocumentReferences or their linked Binaries

Workflow or API calls:

I am trying to download DocumentReferences & their linked clinical notes, but keep getting 500 errors. This has been happening for maybe a week? Any ideas why?

I'm making simple direct GET requests for their IDs:

GET https://{base-url}/DocumentReference/{id}

GET https://{base-url}/Binary/TR-{id}

Expected Result:

The requested resources.

Actual Result:

A response with http status code 500 and an OperationOutcome with the text “Internal service error from resource store”
