Cannot do a project export in DB 12c

I'm testing the SQLcl Projects option to do an export, and I'm getting an error

ORDER BY object_type,owner, object_name
*** ORA-00904: "CONSTRAINT_INDEX": invalid identifier
ORA-00904: "CONSTRAINT_INDEX": invalid identifier

What is the minimum DB version required for it? I'm currently running 12cR2. upgrading to 19c next year
