Cannot display workflow monitor diagram

Hi,

We have installed workflow 2.6.3 standalone. I am now unable to view monitor diagrams. When I press the View Diagram button I just get a red X in the top left-hand corner and a message saying "oracle.apps.fnd.wf.monitor". Occasionally it also says "Loading Java Applet Failed.."

We are using IE v6 on XP machines.

We previously were working with workflow v2.6.2 and we could see the diagrams without any problems.
