cannot delover email to non-local adrress

Hi All.
I am testing functionality of Oracle Beehive. I installed Beehive 1.4.3.0 + Beekeeper 1.4.3.0+ Zimbra web interface on windows 2003. I would like to send email from Beehive server to the external mail server. However I am getting an error:

Final-Recipient: rfc822;<groxy@server.com>
Diagnostic-Code: 550
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0

What can cause the problem? Where are located logs from Beehive SMTP server so I can find out more about the problem?
