Cannot create EPMA Application; HFM 11.1.2.2.301 - VERY URGENT

Not able to create EPMA Application.

HFM version 11.1.2.2.301.

Error : Application “xxx” is not found. Perhaps some other user might have deleted the application.

Not able to create ANY EPMA applications successfully. Logged in as Admin.
