Cannot copy message to sent folder

Hi,

Some of our users are complaining that they are getting "Could not copy message to sent folder" or similar errors. Most of our users use Thunderbird. In the MMP logs the only error message is this (LogLevel 5):

20080718 114845 ImapProxyAService.cfg (id 68322 0x0x9af879c) write for search failed: Connection reset by peer (104)

No error messages on the mailstore servers (logfile.imap.loglevel = notice).

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can remedy this or debug further?
