cannot connect to X11 window server

hi Can't connect to X11 window server using '10.129.11.134:0.0' as the value of the DISPLAY variable.

Unable to start an interactive install session because of the following error:Can't connect to X11 window server using '10.129.11.134:0.0' as the value of the DISPLAY variable.

I tried following actions on both linux machines
Opened XTERM

$ DISPLAY=192.168.1.128:0.0; export DISPLAY
cd /usr/X11R6/bin/
xclock

It displays the clock, but still Can't connect to X11 window server

Please help

i tried all solutions which problem is occured in this forum
i had changed ip address etc
and also cat /etc/hosts, xhost +
but problem is still persisistant
can any body share there experience in trouble shooting this issue.
