Cannot connect to oracle reports

After complete configuration and executed the reports successfully then registered AdminServer,WLsForm,WLsReport as window service to boot as window boot.

Then i start namingservice.bat for reports and it started successfully but does not connect to the reports nor show the status at

http://localhost:9002/reports/rwservlet/getserverinfo.

Please help me out.
