Cannot connect DAC Client to Informatica Service

Hi I'm using Informatica Power Center 8.8.1

In the informatica power center Integration service "custom properties" I've added the ServerPort 4006.

I have installed Power Center Services on Linux, and cannot see the port listening, even after restart the service.

In the DAC client, testing the Informatica Server connection get the error:
Cannot connect to integration service [myhost.mydomain:4006].

Is there other way to configure the integration service from the shell?
