Cannot compile 11g Reports in Linux. Throws REP-0067 ... STYPE...

We have 2 Linux boxes with WLS. Both have same configuration. In one, the reports compiling works, but in the other it does not work.

Our script file has this:

$ORACLE_HOME/bin/rwconverter.sh userid=user/pwd@db batch=yes source=$i stype=rdffile dtype=repfile overwrite=yes compile_all=yes

We get error

REP-0067: The value for keyword STYPE is invalid.
Report Builder: Release 11.1.2.0.0 -  Production

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
