Cannot choose a block size other than 8 KB in 12C DBCA

DB version: 12.1.0.2.4 (July 2015, PSU)

OS: Oracle Linux 6.6

I was trying to create a DB using DBCA. But, the drop down menu is disabled as shown below.

I tried to clicking on 'All Initialization parameters' circled in red above. But, I don't get to change the value 8 to another one

My network connectivity was a bit slow. But, I don't think that has anything to do with this issue.
