Oracle Forms

Hii Form Gurus,

I have added 5 new columns to one of my tables and showing those additional attributes as checkboxes on the canvas that has other text items and checkboxes as well. New attributes are added to the table on which the Data Block whose item are shown on the canvas is based.

Now my problem is using the mouse i cannot check/uncheck one of the newly added checkboxes. The Form simply does not allow me to check/uncheck the checkbox.

I'm on forms 6i. The various properties for the newly added checkboxes are as follows:
(Please note that I've verified twice that all my checkboxes have the same property)

Enabled: Yes
Value when unchecked: 0
Value when checked: 1
Checkbox mapping of other values: Checked
Keyboard Navigable: Yes
Mouse Navigable: Yes
Data Type: Number
Maximum length: 1
Initial Value: 1
Copy value from item: n/a
Synchronize with item: <Null>
Query Allowed: Yes
Insert Allowed: Yes
Update Allowed: Yes

I'm baffled as to why only one checkbox's behaving this way.

Oracle Forms Version : 6.0.8.25.2

Please help.
