Cannot boot from OVM Server bootable USB

I am on OS X 10.11, formatted my usb as fat32 MBR, used unetbootin to create a bootable USB from the OVM Server iso file. But when I select to boot that on my desktop computer, my computer is not detecting anything at all... it goes straight to boot from my HDD(first priority boot device).

I have experience in creating bootable USBs and booting from my desktop computer... this is the first time I encounter this...
