Getting the below error when attempting to export data to ASO in PBCS via Data Management.

Cannot begin data load. Essbase Error(1003007): Data Value [15989.4] Encountered Before All Dimensions Selected, [1] Records Completed

Data in Workbench is correctly mapped.
Have refreshed Metadata in the Target Application.
Have rebuilt the Target Application, Import Format Location, Rules, Mappings.
Have restarted the service

None of the above have resolved the issue.
