cannot be found description for event id in the viewer

Hi,
When I start de DB, it appears some messages like: event id (5) in source (oracle.xe) cannot be found. The local computer may nothave the necesary registry information or message DLL to display messages from a remote computer.

Does anybody know what Shall I do to see the description of the messages?
