Cannot access Web Analysis report from Workspace

Hi Experts,

I am new to web analysis. We have a list of WA reports (hyperion 11.1.2.1) in Prod which we have recently migrated to a SubProd environment same version (we exported from Prod HSS->Application Groups->Reporting and Analysis->Repository Objects) but while opening any report via Workspace->Explore, getting some error message like '[1033] Native: 1001005 Error: Internal Essbase JAPI error: [Cannot execute report. Essbase Error(1001005): Unknown Member [....] in Report]'. This error is when opening the report as Admin.

While users are trying to do the same, they are getting error like 'Login failed. The database server you are trying to connect to may be down'. Even, when they are trying to open the reports in Web Analysis studio, they are getting the same error pop ups.

Could you please advise.
