Cannot access OVM Manager via Web console or Command Line.

Good afternoon

We have just relocated an OVS infrastructure, OVM Manager starts up but I cannot access it via the Web Console, I get this error message

If I try to access the OVM command line I get this error message:

 ssh -l admin localhost -p 10000

 ssh: connect to host localhost port 10000: Connection refused

I can ssh to localhost normally.

If I run an xm list command on the physical hosts I can only see two guests whereas there should be 12 to 15.

Does anyone have a solution.
