Cannot access NLS data files

Hello there,

I am a java form which i created.now i have 2 textfields.the first field is in english and the second field it takes in persian(farsi).the two fields i have to save in 10g oracle DB.when i try to do this i get error saying
Connection not done Exception java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified.
now i have got stuck with it.plesae help.because i have to save persian(farsi) characters.i have changed the NLS_LANG in the reg to AMERICAN_AMERICA.AR8MSWIN1256
