Hello,
After seeing the indicator on one of the controller (A) in Blue and umber i read manual (controller needs service) and rushed
to find a way to revive the controller, was a newbie and forgot that one controller is always active at time.
I successfully got the command after some googling, and controller A turned to in oky status, (revive controller) thus had both controllers A and B in active state.
The effect now is since then my luns are inaccessible when both controllers are active (green led)
i have to remove one of the controller to access my volume on storagetek.
What should i do ?
am thinking of resetting the controller or fail the controller but am not sure.
