Cannot access Enterprise Manager in browser

I installed 11.2 on my laptop a few weeks ago. All is working fine except I cannot get access to EM in my browser. I was able to connect to EM after the install, but I haven't checked it since, until today.

I can log into the database with and without the @

But when I try to open EM in my browser (https://bt-l3hdqtm1.cs:1158/em/console/logon/logon) I get page cannot be displayed message.

Any pointers on how I can resolve this ?
