Cannot Access EM (port 1810) Oracle AS 10G 10.0.1.2 Redhat 3.0 ES

We have Redhat ES 3.0 . After Installing 10g Application Server Admin Pages Does Not comeup.

(Port 1810). I see the following in emagent.trc

any one has any ideas as to how I can resolve this issue.

also why is data in emagent.trc encrypted?
