Cannot access 18c XE EM Express from outside my LAN

Environment Details:

  • Oracle 18c XE for Windows
  • Windows 10 Enteprise
  • EM Express running on port 5500.
  • Port Forwarding configured on router (external port 15500 redirects to port 5500 on my notebook)

When trying to access using either the public IP or the duckdns.org hostname on port 15500, I get a timeout.

If I try to access using any random port, the answer is instantly shown (connection refused), the same if delete the router port forwarding rule (thus I imagine that the port forwarding is configured OK)

I can access other services running locally using port forwarding and duckdns.org with no problems....

Do I need to configure something special in order to get EM Express available from the outside?
