candidate of index rebuilding

Hi All,

We are using the oracle 9i database with 11i application running on it. database size is around 1.5 Gb, we got this database from client one month before, client ask us to rebuild the indexes as they did not rebuild from long time, can you please suggest me that how to find the indexes who are the candidates of index rebuilding. i checked the BLEVEL> 3 indexes but not found any thing. please advice.
