candidate disks not found GRID

Oracle GRID 18c

RHEL 7.4

Hello,

I am having a problem when installing GRID 18c.

I see the disks have been labeled but I cannot see them as marked candidates.

[root@RH-DATWHSE-DEV2 bin]# ./asmcmd afd_lslbl /dev/sdc1

I have checked /dev/oracleafd/disks which is empty.
