Can you restrict access within APEX 5.0 SQL Workshop?

HI all,

We are investigating the possibility of allowing customers to write their own APEX extensions to our software suite. We would like them to have access to the SQL Workshop, but would like to impose some restrictions. As an APEX developer, when you select a Schema in SQL Workshop (Object Browser and SQL Commands) it appears the developer has full rights to change any database object in that schema. I have a couple of questions ...

1. Is there any way of limiting what database objects within that schema that the developer can see?

2. Is there any way of enforcing read-only access to the data within the schema objects?

We are running ...

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production

APEX Application Express 5.0.1.00.06

Cheers and thanks,

Michael
