Can you restart netscape webserver without dropping extent connections (a la apachectl graceful)?

Hi,

Apache has the concept of a graceful restart, in which all currently open connections are serviced, but no new connections are accepted. Is there a similar command for netscape web server?

I've googled for this, and haven't found anything. And the start and stop scripts that come with NS WS don't look like they are graceful.
