can you modify a SQL stored procedure from SQL Dev? if so how?

I am using SQL Dev 2.1.1.64.45
In SQL Server 2005 I only had to right click on a stored procedure to get the modify option. This does not happen when look at the procedures on the SQL server db from SQL Dev so how do i do this?
