Can you change data extract file format in 11.1.2.3.502 to UTF-8?

Hi Experts,

We are generating a data extract from HFM (for an FDMEE load to Planning) in HFM 11.1.2.3.502.

The encoding format (which used to be UTF-8), is USC-2.   I found a knowledgebase document that states the encoding format changed for any patches above .200.

Does anyone know how to change the encoding of the HFM data extract file?

Not sure if it's relevant, but we are using Task Flows in HFM to generate the extract.
